Morris
County
These are the 18th and 19th century churches I have
photographed. I would appreciate a note calling my attention to
others
in the county I have not gotten to (and may not know about); if you
can include an address of the church, that saves me a substantial
amount of driving
around. [partial list--not complete]
Some explanations are needed. Churches in boldface
are either listed on the National Register or are otherwise of special
interest. If the name of the church is in brackets [ ] I am in doubt
as to the founding congregation. The Sect is the original religious
denomination when the church was built. Fields left blank are those
for which I have no solid information.
