More than
100 links to The New Jersey Churchscape site have been established
in the first year of its existence, and, clearly, we welcome
links.
Although most of those links were done without permission, we don't
have a problem, although we do like to know who is linking to the
site
and what is here that they believe will be of interest to their visitors.
As a matter of record, we request that the following guidelines
be observed:
Copyright
The entire contents of this site, including all materials in the database
and the photo inventory, unless otherwise noted, are protected under
US and international copyright. No reproduction or other use is permitted
without the express, written permission of the copyright owner. In accordance
with copyright laws, limited quotations from The New Jersey Churchscape
may be reprinted, with full attribution (that means our URL, www.njchurchscape.com).
While you
may link to any area of our site, you may not republish any content
unless you have express written permission from Frank Greenagel, the
site's owner. After permission is granted, under some circumstances
we may ask that you include a link to the site alongside the content.

Please e-mail us (flg@njchurchscape.com) to let us know you are establishing
a link to The New Jersey Churchscape, and include in your e-mail
address, the URL of your home page, and the URL of your page on which
the link to our site appears. We grant you permission to use on your
site the title or headline of The New Jersey Churchscape article
or photograph you are linking to. Attribution should be given to The
New Jersey Churchscape in a manner consistent with your site's editorial
style.
We do not
permit framing of The New Jersey Churchscape pages

of Liability
The proprietor
of the site disclaims any liability for any use of the contents in a
manner that could result in harm to anyone. That simply means that you
link to, reprint, read, discuss and forward any of the contents here
at your own risk. We make every effort to make certain that all materials
are not libelous, do not infringe on anyone's copyright and are unlikely
to invade anyone's privacy; we will immediately remove or edit any materials
upon receipt of a valid complaint.
