Vincentown Friends
Vincentown, Burlington County
Now the Grange, the building was originally the Quaker meetinghouse,
built in 1813. The Friends here were organized in 1781. It is possible
that the earlier meetinghouse still exists, although I was not able
to identify it.
For a Quaker meetinghouse it is most unusual, given
a single entrance and a barracks roof, but perhaps those are later modifications.
