First Presbyterian Church
Rahway, Union County

The church was organized about 1741, and this building erected in 1831
in the style of the Third Presbyterian Church of Newark, which was the
original name of the church in Bloomfield. There was extensive remodeling
in 1876notice the brackets in the cornice and the curved arch
over the entrance.
