[Friendship
Baptist] Church
Paterson, Passaic County

Situated on Park Avenue at 29th, this fine late nineteenth century stone
church is now named the "Friendship Baptist Church," but that apparently
was not its original name. It was erected in 1887 and restored in 1955.
The building actually streches for most of the block along 29th Street,
and includes a middle section of warm colored brick that is a bit different
from the rest of the stone building—but a very attractive and I would
say intelligent design.
