Pleasant
Valley Church
Low's Hollow, Lopatcong Township, Warren County

The Historical Sites of Warren County, a book issued by the
Board of Chosen Freeholders in 1965, notes the existence of this church,
which it claims was then "over 100 years old." That would place its
construction to approximately 1860. It was built by local residents as
a preaching station (apparently—there is no other information in print
that I have found, nor even any notation in the Beers Atlas) for those
who found it difficult to travel to Phillipsburg for services.
It is now a private residence.
