Demarest
Baptist
Church
Demarest, Bergen County

The Demarest Public Library is now housed in what was once the Baptist
church. The entrance to the library (pictured) is entirely new but
rather in keeping—in scale and materials—with the original church.
From the other side one can get a better idea of what the building
originally looked like. The congregation was organized in ___ and this
building erected in ___. In __ it was sold to the town and converted
for use as a library.
